WEDDING DAY ASSISTANT
We are looking for a part-time wedding assistant with an understanding or exposure to events or the wedding industry - minimum of 2 years and will be trained to grow into a wedding coordinator position.
Your role would be to assist on wedding day 5-8 hours typically on the weekends - will need all candidates applying to be open and available to work regular Fridays or Saturdays typically afternoon until end time which varies per event.
Needs to have a positive attitude, a smile on your face, a yes person, dedicated, honest, understanding, willing to provide high-end quality experiences for families, not afraid to get in there and assist or direct, ability to carry large boxes for several trips to and from loading areas, ability to be on your feet all day, quick thinker, great with directions and arrives most places 10 minutes early or on time. Also, someone that is readily available by phone and text.
We work wedding venues all over the Austin area - will need reliable transportation.
Part-time assistant will work directly with the wedding families as well as assist in some setup - loading and unloading wedding boxes, moving tables as needed, helping setup decor on tables, hanging items, etc.
This is an as-needed position 1-4 times per month. Would love a candidate motivated to growing into the business in that way and building their position and role in the company and industry.
We don't offer benefits at this time. This will begin at an hourly rate and we intend our assistant grows into the company as a client contractual position - wedding coordinators are not salaried positions.

WEDDING COORDINATOR
We are looking for a wedding coordinator with an understanding or exposure to events or the wedding planning industry - minimum of 4 years. The coordinator will be trained using all of our systems for run of show for a minimum of 6 months.
Candidates applying must be available to respond to email, calls and text correspondence with our team and clients during the work-week.
Needs to have a positive attitude, a smile on your face, a yes person, dedicated, honest, understanding, willing to provide high-end quality experiences for families, assertive, ability to carry large boxes for several trips to and from loading areas, ability to be on your feet all day, quick thinker, great with directions, and arrives most places 10 minutes early.
We work wedding venues all over the Austin area - will need reliable transportation.

This will begin as an hourly assistant position to learn our wedding systems on wedding day. This is not a salaried position as all of our coordinators are contracted and will receive compensation after the wedding is completed.
